Top Business Apps on Android in Portugal: Q1 2025 Performance

In the first quarter of 2025, the performance of the top business apps on the Android platform in Portugal showcased varying trends in downloads and active users. The following insights are drawn from Sensor Tower data.

microsoft Teams saw a notable increase in weekly downloads, starting at around 4K at the beginning of January and peaking at over 8K by the end of March. The app's weekly active users followed a similar upward trend, growing from approximately 450K to over 730K.

CTT - Correios de Portugal experienced fluctuations in downloads, with a significant peak of 8.5K in early February. However, active users showed a gradual decline from 83K to around 45K throughout the quarter.

microsoft Authenticator maintained a consistent growth in downloads, reaching over 8K by the end of March. Active users increased steadily from 208K to 281K over the quarter.

Zoom Workplace had stable download numbers, hovering around 4K weekly. The app's active users rose significantly from 89K to 164K during this period, with revenue peaking at nearly $550 in mid-January.

EDP showed a decline in downloads, starting at 5K and dropping to around 2K by the end of March. Active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating between 34K and 44K.
